First things first: schedule a free introductory session and experience directly what coaching can do for you. Then, we will design a package together to meet your goals.

 

CONSCIOUS UNCOUPLING COACHING

Individual sessions are possible, but to get the most out of this process, I encourage you to make a commitment to working through all 5 steps of the process.  Create a deep container of support to heal and nurture yourself, and look deeply at and transform the patterns in your relationships.

I will work with you to create a package that includes:

• 8 sessions: this includes an introductory session, the 5 steps, and two integration sessions
• Sessions can either online or in person and are 60-75 minutes;
• Free copy of Conscious Uncoupling by Katherine woodward Thomas, MFT

 

LIFE COACHING RATES

Once you’ve had a free introductory session and you have a taste of what’s possible, let’s meet to explore your goals and what you’d like to shift and/or create in your life.  Are you interested in a career change?  More love, support, community and connection in your life? Discovering your life purpose?  Feeling happier?  Connecting to your own internal wisdom?

Once we know what you want, we will design a package that feels right for you. This will include:

• Either 3 or 4 sessions per month, in person or by video conference
• Ongoing support in the form of both weekly sessions and email check-ins
• A strong and supportive container for exploring any barriers and obstacles
• Structure and accountability for those who thrive on that
• The opportunity to revisit the goals intentionally and consciously to see what’s working, how it feels and what needs to be adjusted
• An outside perspective to help you see the changes in motion, and also those that you may have integrated and not noticed

Depending on your needs and circumstances, we may want to consider working together for 3 months, 6 months or even 12 months. But more importantly, I will work with you to ensure any package we co-create aligns fully with your own intentions, intuition, capacities and desires.

And for those who want focused and short term help for a specific and focused need or transition, I would love to provide this as well!
